FAQs

  • What types of clients do you work with?

Early-stage startups, nonprofits, growth-stage companies, and established brands. Some are building momentum. Others are navigating change. Most come to me when the stakes are high and the story has to land.

  • Do you offer one-off projects or ongoing partnerships?

Both. I take on one-time projects like media pitches, messaging strategy, or book campaigns, but many clients stay on for ongoing executive comms, thought leadership, or visibility support.

  • What does your process look like?

It usually starts with a conversation. From there, I’ll send a scoped proposal and, once approved, we’ll kick off with a short discovery phase to align on voice, audience, and outcomes.

  • Do you ghostwrite?

Yes. Speeches, op-eds, essays, book proposals. You name it. The goal is to make it sound like you, not me. I take that seriously.

  • What types of deliverables do you offer?

I deliver everything from strategic messaging frameworks to op-eds, keynote speeches, video scripts, investor decks, and full communications playbooks. If it involves words, visibility, or narrative clarity, it’s in scope.

  • Can you work with my internal team or agency?

Absolutely. I often plug in alongside in-house comms, PR teams, and creative partners to bring clarity and strategic storytelling to the table.

  • Do you work remotely or onsite?

I’m based on the Outer Banks of North Carolina and work remotely with clients across the country. I occasionally travel for key meetings, workshops, or events when it adds value.

  • What’s your pricing structure?

Most projects are custom-scoped. That said, I’m happy to share typical ranges and deliverables once I understand what you need.
